Colleges of Education 2025/2026 Provisional Fee Structure for Continuing Students

The management of Peki College of Education has published the provisional fees structure for the 2025/2026 academic year for public Colleges of Education, outlining the financial obligations for all continuous students (Levels 200, 300, and 400).

The breakdown, signed by the Finance Officer of the college, indicates a tiered fee system, with Level 300 students facing the highest academic costs.

The core fees, excluding residential and other mandatory levies, range from GH¢1,531.65 for Level 400 students to GH¢2,172.60 for both Level 200 and 300 students.

A significant highlight of the new structure is the introduction of two new mandatory charges. Each student is required to pay a GH¢600.00 Digital Resource Fee yearly. Additionally, a TTAG Project Levy of GH¢30.00 has been instituted for the academic year.

Key components of the fees include:

· Academic and Professional Training: This is the largest component, peaking at GH¢1,090.05 for Level 300 students.

· Other Fees: This category, which includes SRC dues and reprographic fees, amounts to GH¢884.03 for Levels 200 and 300, and GH¢594.01 for Level 400.

The college clarified that feeding fees, which are part of the students' allowance, will be covered directly by the Government and paid to the college. However, students should note that the published subtotal does not include several critical expenses.

Additional Financial Obligations for Students:

According to the "Additional Notes" section, students must also budget for:

· Residential Fees: Set at GH¢1,000.00 per annum.

· Admission Bills: Prospective students will receive admission bills with their admission letters, which may contain other specific charges.

The college administration has urged all continuous students to "ensure full payment of fees," including the subtotal and all the additional levies mentioned, to ensure a smooth registration process for the upcoming academic year.

With the addition of the new digital fee and residential costs, the total financial commitment for students is expected to be significantly higher than the base subtotal, a point current students are advised to consider as they plan for the new academic session.

Prospective students are encouraged to carefully view their official admission letters for a complete and personalized fee bill.
