NTC Results: Step-by-step Guide to Check Results without Making a Mistake

To check your 2025 NTC (National Teaching Council) results, visit the official portal at exams.ntc.gov.gh, log in using your exam index number or the serial number/PIN from your registration, and your results for the Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE) will be displayed, allowing you to print your provisional certificate.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Open your browser: Go to the NTC exam portal at exams.ntc.gov.gh.

2. Locate the login area: Look for the section to check results.

Enter your details:

Use your GTLE Index Number and Phone Number,

OR

Use the Serial Number and PIN you received during registration.

3. Submit: Click the submit button.

4. View Results: Your results for literacy, numeracy, and essential skills will appear, showing passed or not passed.

5. Print Certificate: You can then print your provisional certificate directly from the portal.

Note:

Candidates who completed their programmes this year (2025) can only view their results but cannot print their certificates until their graduation lists are ready.

Secondly, the NTC flagged an issue concerning the Pedagogy section of the exam. Candidates from institutions that have not yet uploaded the required teaching practice scores will find the abbreviation “IC” (Incomplete) against their Pedagogy score.

This signifies that the overall result for that paper is pending until the necessary practical assessment data is provided by the candidate’s training institution.

“Candidates whose institutions have not uploaded their teaching practice scores will see IC for the Pedagogy. Which means the Pedagogy score is incomplete,” the Council explained.

Important Notes:

your PIN and Serial Number safe, as they are crucial for accessing your results.

The portal is the official source for all GTLE results.
