1. Management announces that provisions have been made to support online/off-campus teaching and learning for students in transition schools during the online/off-campus periods on the academic calendar. These provisions include;

   i. First, projects and assignments: students are supported and guided through self-learning by undertaking the projects, tasks and assignments in the approved textbooks and curriculum resources. All these approved textbooks and curriculum resources, for all levels and subjects, are accessible on the site curriculumresources.edu.gh FOR FREE.

   ii. Second, TV broadcast: lessons shall be broadcast live daily on the Ministry of Education TV (MoE TV) available on Multi TV.

   iii. Third, School-based Learning Management Systems (LMS): Schools that have and operate learning management systems are urged to fully operationalise them during the online/off-campus periods. Management will support such schools.

2. Management has put in place these varied arrangements to ensure that every student gets the opportunity to participate in the online/off-campus teaching and learning through, at least, one of the avenues. The online/off-campus periods are NOT vacations or breaks, they are counted and considered a mandatory part of teaching and learning.

3. Management urges all Heads of Schools, teachers, parents and guardians to take careful note of these arrangements, support and supervise students to fully access and participate in these online/off-campus engagements.
