This communication is to reaffirm that the strike action declared by CETAG on 24th November, 2025 remains fully in effect. As at today, none of our legitimate demands have been satisfactorily addressed by the authorities. Therefore, there is no basis to suspend or call off the strike.

Outstanding Issues:

1. AYRWC Payments – Twelve (12) Colleges are still yet to be paid, while four (4) Colleges have received only partial payments.

2. 2023/2024 BRA Arrears – No College has received payment to date.

3. 2022/2023 BRA Arrears – No College has received payment on pro rata basis to date.

4. Akrokerti CoE Research Allowance – The top-up remains unpaid.

5. NLC Determination – The issue before the NLC is scheduled for resolution on 21st January, 2026.

Directives to Members:

- The strike continues until further notice.

- No member should resume academic or administrative duties unless officially directed by the National Secretariat.

- Zonal and local executives must ensure strict compliance and report any breaches immediately.

We call on all members across the forty-six (46) Colleges to remain steadfast, united, and committed to this collective struggle. Our strength lies in our solidarity, and any deviation undermines the efforts of the entire association.

We deeply appreciate your resilience and sacrifice in the pursuit of fairness and justice. Together, we shall achieve the desired outcome.
