The Centralized Services E-Recruitment Portal has announced the commencement of the next stage in the 2025/26 recruitment process for Ghana’s internal security agencies.
In a public notice issued today, all applicants who successfully passed Phase I of the recruitment exercise have been congratulated and directed to prepare for the forthcoming documentation and body inspection phase.
Scheduled Timeline and Order
The process is scheduled to run from 12th January 2026 to 4th February 2026. The agencies will be attended to in a specific sequence:
1. Ghana Police Service applicants
2. Ghana Prisons Service applicants
3. Ghana National Fire Service applicants
4. Ghana Immigration Service applicants
Important Notice on Scheduling
The recruitment coordination team has clarified that only applicants for the Ghana Police Service are currently being scheduled for appointments. The schedules for the other three services—Prisons, Fire, and Immigration—will be updated and communicated after 15th January 2026, following the stated order.
This phased approach is intended to ensure an orderly and efficient process across the high volume of applicants for the various services.
Next Steps for Applicants
Qualified candidates are advised to monitor the official Centralized E-Recruitment portals and their communication channels for their specific appointment dates and detailed requirements for the documentation and body inspection stage.
