The Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF) has extended its condolences to the families and loved ones of the eight distinguished Ghanaians who tragically lost their lives in a helicopter crash on August 6, 2025. 

The victims include:

- Defence Minister:Dr. Edward Omane Boamah

- Environment Minister: Dr. Ibrahim Murtala Mohammed

- Acting Deputy National Security Coordinator: Alhaji Muniru Mohammed Limuna

- NDC Vice-Chairman: Dr. Samuel Sarpong

- Former Parliamentary Candidate: Samuel Aboagye

- Military Personnel:

    - Squadron Leader: Peter Bafemi Anala

    - Flying Officer: Manaen Twum Ampadu

    - Sergeant:  Ernest Addo Mensah

The SLTF's condolence emphasizes the courage, dedication, and service of the fallen heroes to Ghana, which will always be remembered and honored.
