A high-level delegation from the Teacher Trainees’ Association of Ghana (TTAG), led by the National President, H.E. Nanija Divine, met with the Faculty of Education leadership of the University for Development Studies (UDS) on Thursday, 21st November 2025, to address several examination-related challenges confronting students from affiliated Colleges of Education.
The meeting featured the Dean, Vice Dean, Examination Officer, Finance Officer, and Assistant Registrar of the Faculty. TTAG highlighted concerns including delays in releasing examination results, mismatched grades, and gender in the academic portal, inaccessibility of results, and anomalies affecting graduating students.
UDS management acknowledged the issues and attributed them to factors such as late CA submissions, alteration of marks by some lecturers, and students’ late registration of courses. The University assured TTAG that comprehensive steps were being taken to cleanse all errors and streamline examination processes.
The two parties reaffirmed their commitment to closer collaboration in protecting the academic welfare of teacher trainees and enhancing administrative efficiency across affiliate colleges.
